Hi Bonn

Life is... Mmm. Well, I can't complain XD I'm unemployed but I saved up so much during my year of employment that it's not really something to stress over right now. I didn't get into JET, but there's still a chance I'll be accepted, as I got accepted as an Alternate ALT; meaning if someone drops out, and I'm the next person on the list, I get to go over. I hear radiation is scaring people again, so hopefully that will increase the rate of drop outs... In the meantime I'm focusing on Japanese studies, playing video games and finding my happy self again.

I have actually been drawing a little! :3 I recently finally reached the last page of the sketchbook I've been using since 2010 so I'm pretty happy about that ^_^ But now because I need to buy a sketchbook I haven't been drawing... whoops.

I'm also going to Queensland next week for a holiday 'v'b And because I want to see more of Australia... I might go to Melbourne sometime too.

I want to see more art from you too! ;n; Please get out of it! Is there any way I can help? How are things? You haven't updated your journal since April and your blog still isn't back up >:C Are you still struggling to find employment? >:

I really hope someone will drop out of the JET program for you! How did the selection process work exactly? I'm so surprised you were not chosen... you're so good at Japanese! >.<;; Best of luck anyway~ *fingers crossed*

I had been using my sketchbook from 2010 too! I finally bought a new one a couple of weeks back. I've only drawn a little, and I don't think any of my drawings have been too creative really :/

Ooh! Queensland! Are you going by yourself or with family/friends? I've never been there before :) Hope you have loads of fun~!

Thank you ;~; I am working on a picture, but I'm not sure if I like it yet orz;; I'm taking so long to do art these days... my mind just wanders too much xD;;

As far as employment, yes, I am still struggling ToT I have become very disheartened and I rarely search for jobs. I NEED to though, because I'm still receiving assistance from Centrelink and I'm required to search and apply to 10 jobs a fornight! It is pretty stressful ;~; I think I might be allowed to volunteer for a while, so yeah... maybe that could help me at least gain some confidence. >^<;;

Do you have a tumblr? I'm thinking of making that my new place to blog. I might make a new one... hmm.

My Aunt and Uncle are going and happened to decide to stay at a place where they could have another person stay for just $30 extra a night... and that if I wanted to happen to go to Queensland at the same time I'd only have to pay the extra. It sounds like it's going to be great... Hopefully I'll get to see the reef AND a rainforest *A*

Don't give up! One of my RL friends JUST got employed this week after searching for a job since graduating in July. She did the whole Centrelink thing too so I understand to a degree how stressful it is ;A; She said it really zapped her creativity being stressed over employment, too. So it's understandable >:

I do have a tumblr... But I mainly upload my singing there at the moment XD; If you make a tumblr I'll definitely follow! (My account is really difficult to guess) (by which I mean it's really easy)

Japanese style B&B, yeah... THERE WAS SOME DRAMA.

If I'm lucky, someone'll drop out of JET and I'll get to go to Japan later in the year, but it relies on enough people dropping out u_u; Until then... I have to work out what I'm doing tbh XD
